"Optimiertes Leiden" ( Optimized Suffering ), the sensational
new album from German cult electronic group, Truemmerwelten is
here ! Following on from their last hit album "HerzVerfall", the
musical vision of "Optimized Suffering" mingles new wave synth
pop with female vocals, hard EBM with industrial elements and
aggressive vocals with the gloomy atmospherics of Darkwave.
Following their own motto of never wishing to repeat themselves
and to keep evolving the groups sound, Truemmerwelten expand
this vision with a myriad of other influences and force their
general sound even more towards its contrasting extremes. The
thudding production by Chris Pohl ( BlutEngel ) and Louis Manke
( Staubkind, Terminal Choice ) further contributes to make
"Optimiertes Leiden" an outstanding piece of electronic music.
Fans of Blutengel will be enthralled by this release, as it is
carried by a similarly intense mixture of feelings : darkness
and uncompromising brutality. But all other fans of dark
electronic music are also most likely to love this release - you
dont merely listen to Truemmerwelten... you become immersed !
As such "Optimized Suffering" is also perfectly suitable for
being celebrated on the dancefloor, with dark music clubs around
the world soon vibrating to its hammering beats and dark,
evocative melodies...enjoy...
