After releasing their album Superbitch in 2005 and two years of touring
and playing concerts all over Europe with acts like To/Die/For, End of
Green, Deathstars, Mortiis, Sinamore, Waltari, Charon the bitches are
back!

With their 4th album So far from godàso close to you the german
Goth/Industrial/Rockband DAS SCHEIT follows it's path to mix Electro
and Metal consistently their really own way. Besides, hardness, melody
and dance ability keep the balance. With it's hybrid-sound the band
acts point-exact suitable for dancefloors, on the other hand it creates
epics for perfect headphone-experiences at home.

Thematically the concept-album treats the isolation of an abandoned
person which goes through the 5 phases of mourning and sorrow:
Proclamation, denial, rage, discussion and completion, which divide the
album lyrically into these 5 chapters. Nevertheless enough
possibilities remain to the listener to interpret the end of the story
û for sure by own made experiences in everybody's life.

The 13 track album was recorded and produced by Markus Teske at
Bazement Studios (Germany). As guest-musicians you can hear Jape
Perõtalo (TO/DIE/FOR) and Michelle Darkness (END OF GREEN) with their
brilliant performances on the scheitanic version of 70's cover by Bruce
Springsteen/Patti Smith's ôBecause the nightö.
