Tsaraas is a new project formed in 2006 by members of well-known Russian projects Majdanek
Waltz and Ganzer. "'Agrimony' is a 16-minute ambient dark piece, sad, feeling, tragic" - as
Pavel describes it. The album is an illustration for a rhyme that has been given no rest to
him for many years. A friend of him was working as an attendant in an asylum and from time
to time supplied the musicians with the examples of creative works made by the patients.
Among the poems there was a verse: now the agrimony has closed up / the sun rises over the
roof / the one who woke up in this world / will never die. The rhyme penetrated the
subconsciousness, it was torturing and tearing into pieces, obvious analogy with Gustav
Meirink excited the imagination, in short, these four lines needed the continuation which
was realized in this album after the years.
