Selvmord is a masterpiece. Mortiis says that he was going through a dark period of his life
when this was written and recorded, and to be able to capture such multidimensional
melancholy in the form of music during such a painful time has always astounded.

1. Selvmord - Possibly one of the best Mortiis TRACKS ever. Several changes in mood within
this song. Various instruments are used (or simulated) in this song, and in fact the whole
album...
2. Nar livet tar Farvel - Kind of a windy, epic, introspective feel to it.
3. Reisen til en ny verden - A quiet ominous song that builds into an ominous gallop.
4. Slipp sorgen L°s - A simple song that, again, builds up to a final conclusion to this
wonderfully epic depressive album.

Mortiis is behind all the good synth/darkwave. And this is a pinnacle in his career. A buy
or die release.
