Formed in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, UK in 1984, Fields of the Nephilim is the definitive
cult band and widely considered to be the most credible to emerge from the Goth-rock
phenomenon of the eighties.
The band lived up to their name as giants of biblical proportions passionately, playing a
chaotic concoction of mysticism, psychedelia, mythology and Sergio Leone western chic the
world over to countless willing and adoring fans.
This DVD contains legendary footage of the band many believe to be 'the genuine article'
playing live in Dusseldorf, during a promotional tour for the, Andy Jackson produced, album
'Elizium' in 1991.
Paradise Regained is an audiovisual testament to a band that remains truly committed,
controversal and uncompromising.

"Humanity Needs No Funeral", the first full-length album from AERE
AETERNUS, was released on the French label Kaosthetik. With a multi-
national and eclectic lineup, the band comprises Alex (MACABRE OMEN,
THE ONE, RAZOR OF OCCAM), Claudio Alcara (FROSTMOON ECLIPSE, STROSZEK),
Cyr (DARK SANCTUARY, ELKTRONIK SCIETY) and Radu. Drawing on the wide
range and considerable musical experience of its members, AERE AETERNUS
creates a dark, disturbing atmosphere that probably best fits within
the ambient and minimalist genres, and which the band themselves
describe as "half misanthropic ritual and half sex ritual."

Bjrn and Sven Jnemann, aka Standeg, are no strangers to the
electro-industrial world. Having been involved in early
incarnations of Haujobb, the Jnemanns helped craft early
Haujobb hits such as Homes and Gardens and Eye Over You and
participated in the recordings of the classic albums Homes and
Gardens and Freeze Frame Reality. A few years ago, the
ground-breaking label Dependent Records placed Standeg songs on
their influential Septic compilations, creating a buzz around

UltraHighTechViolet is one of those releases that come along
every few years to sweep us off our feet. Following in the

This is a collaboration between Satori and Magus Peter H Gilmore,

"North Passage" - a description of the
courageous journeys of WILLEM BARENTSZ (1550 -
1597) across the Arctic Circle. His career as
an explorer was mostly motivated by his search
for the Northeast Passage, looking for a
shorter way to trade with China. He believed
that this passage must exist as a clear and
open area. During the course of the 3rd
journey, which proved to be extremely cold and
hard, Willem Barentsz died, age 47. The tracks
on this album are meant as a tribute to his
life's work and evoke the memory of the
historical ships built to cruise across the
Arctic regions."

Label begins its following period of 2008/2009 years, and first
autumn release will be the powerful return of the Australian
duet The Crystalline Effect with their second full-lenght album
"Identity", which follows the past year release of Hypothermia
(remix-ep). Sure, The Crystalline Effect (vocal + texts: Elenor
Rayner, music and creation: Pete Crane) is one of the most
active (due this year the band had concerts in Hungary, Holland,
Estonia and Latvia), and interesting bands among the label`s
roster, which skillfully combines the dancing rate, includes
elements of trip-hop, synthpop, techno and even traditional EBM
with the melodious, slightly depressive voice of female singer.
Album can listen to both the fans of danceable synthpop with
female vocal (tracks as Blue Sea, How I Get Out, Ialundra, Five
Ways To Run and the last composition of the album remix for
Nothing Warm This Room done by the hungarian guys from Impact
Pulse) and the fans of the slower, spellbound melodies in the
key of such groups as Collide, Hungry Lucy, full of gloomy
magnetism and crystalline as "glass" voice of Elenor
(Researching Us, Life Has Failed You).
The two Australians are masters of creating catching
music-sculptures without falling into boring primitive banality.
So what, the past 2,5 years from their debut "Glass" and the
obtained result give all rights to say that the band is in a
creative takeoff and is full of original innovation ideas.

BODYSNATCHER is an atypical band, at the junction of styles and
times, and unites variousmusical influences with a deep taste
for cinema. Electro sequences will remind of Violator (Depeche
Mode), guitar riffs talk about The Cure, the sometimes crooning
voice ranges from sensuality to agressivity, on a groovy melodic
bassline.
A tincture of the 80's is present in the music, concretised by
an original and very successful cover of "Ghost Rider" from
Suicide (duet with Chelsea from Norma Loy). But the Ninth Floor
is not a "last on line", past-dwelling album, it imposes its own
esthetic vision of music, a subtle proportion of "mid-tempo"
Trip-Hop and Electro-Rock-mixed New-Wave, enhanced with jazzy
vibes and old movie samples.
Every Bodysnatcher song (name comes from Robert Wise's work) was
conceived as the illustration of an imaginary "scene de genre",
recalling the memory of the live bands which, as they played
during the first silent movies projections, underlied and
intensified the atmospheres and the actor's parts.

For the sixth Naevus album, Relatively Close to the
Sea, Lloyd James (voice, acoustic guitar,
keyboards) and Joanne Owen (bass, accordion,
keyboards) joined by their regular drummer John
Murphy (Knifeladder, Shining Vril). The album also
features contributions from Greg Ferrari (Womb) on
electric guitar, Joanna Quail (SonVer) on cello,
Matt Howden (Sieben) on violin; and Arthur Shaw
(Cutty Sark) on keyboard. Dominic O'Connor
(eulogised in Silent Life's Dominic Song) is there
in spirit the album includes a cover version of
one of his compositions, previously unreleased in
any form. Many of the tracks here have already been
performed live in recent Naevus festival
appearances, notably Meat On Meat, which is close
in temperament to the preceding album Silent Life.
However, the remainder of the tracks on offer
branch out in a range of other directions; Dented
Mess harks back to the existential pop elements of
Truffles of Love; The German is a dalliance with
Schlager-esque murder balladry; while the title
track itself combines slide guitar and lo-fi synths
with the Naevus band sound. The centrepiece of the
album, and Naevus' greatest recorded work to date,
is the 18-minute Go Grow, takes the progressive
influences that have been present in Naevus since
the beginning (Hawkwind, Pink Floyd, etc.) and weds
them with soaring cello and John Cale-esque piano
pounding to produce a sublime epic. Relatively
Close to the Sea is packaged in a digipak with 12
page booklet including lyrics.
